Advice to our supporters ahead of the match against Crewe Alexandra

Port Vale Football Club, in association with South Cheshire Police, would like to bring the following to the attention of Port Vale supporters.

November 2013 is a complete sell out for Vale fans and there will be no tickets available for sale on the day of the game.rdSupporters are reminded that the away fixture at Crewe Alexandra on Saturday 23
 
Cheshire Police have asked that we inform our supporters not to purchase tickets for the home ends of the ground.
 
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said, “Port Vale were given the maximum allocation of tickets as possible and these sold out very quickly. We therefore ask any fans without tickets not to travel and warn that if any supporter is found in the opposing ends of the Stadium they could be ejected.”
 
All fans should note that pubs in and around the ground and the Town Centre will close at 3pm and will not re-open until well after the game has ended.
 
Cheshire Police also advise that there may be some restrictions on supporter movement immediately after the game. The spokesperson added, “We will try to keep any disruption to a minimum but ask that supporters are patient and co-operate with us to ensure that this is a safe day for all”.
