Changes to seating options for disabled supporters
Port Vale has made some positive changes for disabled supporters. Free helper tickets have always been available to the ambulant disabled who are receiving medium or higher disability allowance when seated in the Disabled Stand.
Each year Port Vale has seen an increasing number of disabled supporters coming to Vale Park and this is why we have changed the rules for the ambulant disabled.
A free helper ticket can now be given, to ambulant supporters who require them, within the Bycars Stand in addition to the Disabled Stand on a matchday.
Proof of medium or higher disability will be required before the free helper ticket is received.
These changes also apply for away fans as they can now have a free helper ticket within the Hamil Road Stand. (proof of allowance is required)
Please acknowledge that within the Bycars Stand and the Hamil Road stand there is no disabled toilets and the facilities are not to the high standard of that within the Disabled Stand.
