Reserves in action at Field Mill this evening
Vale take a strong side to Field Mill this evening where they take on Mansfield Town in the Central League (kick off 7.00pm)
Defender Gareth Own and midfielder Rob Taylor both feature in the team as they continue their rehabilitation, and they are joined by several other members of the first team squad.

Boss Micky Adams said: “Both Gareth Owen and Rob Taylor will feature and that will be part of their rehabilitation. I would imagine another game will help them no end with their fitness.
“Adam Yates has been on the training ground but as yet hasn’t trained with the rest of the team, so we will see how that goes this week.
“Whilst we have got a smallish squad compared with other teams, everybody has got to be fit and ready.
