Golden Ticket Terms and Conditions

Aims and Objectives

The Port Vale Golden Ticket (the ‘Golden Ticket’) includes a draw which takes place every Friday to those who wish to join, those who partake in the Golden Ticket have the opportunity to win cash prizes and other Port Vale related prizes.

The main objective of the Golden Ticket is to raise funds for Port Vale’s engagement with its fans and community, with 100% of the profit we collect from the Golden Ticket is being donated to projects furthering this goal.

Terms and Conditions

Only people aged 16 and over may become a member of the Golden Ticket
Membership to the Golden Ticket is charged at £4.33 per month, all payments are made by monthly direct debit. Monthly payments are non-refundable.
You reserve the right to cancel your membership to the Golden Ticket at any point. Cancellation will take effect from the next scheduled direct debit date, subject to enough time being given for the cancellation to take effect before the payment collection is attempted.
Port Vale Football Club cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, delay or theft of any payment or communication sent by post, direct from a bank or building society, fax, or email.
The Golden Ticket draws will be drawn each week by an independent person on the premises.
All prize winners will be notified by email A full winners list will be available from the Port Vale Football Club office (Hamil Road, Burslem, Stoke-On-Trent ST6 1AW) and on our website at www.port-vale.co.uk.


Data held in relation to the Port Vale Golden Ticket is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended from time-to-time) and will not be passed or sold to any other person or organisation.
Port Vale Football Club reserves the right to amend or change any of the terms and conditions of the Golden Ticket by giving at least 30 days’ notice on our website. 
Port Vale Football Club reserves the right to reclaim prizes issued in error.
Persons employed by the Port Vale Football Club, their partners or persons living in the same household are not eligible to become members of the Golden Ticket.
 

Port Vale Football Club reserves the right to refuse entry to the Golden Ticket where we have concerns relating to:

Under-age gambling
Problem gambling
Self-exclusion
Suspicious activity (Anti-fraud measures (Proceeds of Crime Act 2002))
 

Complaints

All Golden Ticket complaints and disputes will be dealt with by the Port Vale Golden Ticket Manager.

Any individual who engages with the Golden Ticket who wishes to make a complaint should contact golden.ticket@port-vale.co.uk.

Responsible Gambling

A Self Exclusion policy exists, and guests may self-exclude themselves from the Golden Ticket for a minimum period of six months by giving notice in writing to golden.ticket@port-vale.co.uk. Further support can be found on the "GamCare” website www.gamcare.org.uk

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Guests requiring further information concerning the operation of the Golden Ticket may contact the Golden Ticket manager at golden.ticket@port-vale.co.uk

By entering into the Port Vale Football Club Golden Ticket, you confirm that you:

Accept the Terms and Conditions of the service;
Are over the age of 16; and
Are not employed by, or a relation of any employee of, Port Vale Football Club.
