Port Vale Football Club is delighted to confirm that Dennis Politic will join the club on a season-long loan from Serie A side U.S. Cremonese.
This will be the Romanian’s second stint at Vale Park following his 2021/22 loan spell, where he featured 15 times scoring 5 goals for the Valiants.
His most notable goal coming in the second round of the Emirates FA Cup which saw him awarded the club’s December Goal of the Month Award.
In January 2022, after being recalled to Bolton Wanderers, Dennis made the switch to the then Serie B side Cremonese who were chasing promotion to Italy’s top league.
He has featured three times for the Italian outfit.
Talking about Dennis returning to Vale Park manager Darrell Clarke said: "He’s well known at the football club and did well when he was with us last season.
“He’s a player that I think that can step up to the level whether that’s starting or coming off the bench as an impact player and he adds quality to the squad and his signing also gives us options with positional changes if and when we need to make them.
“I’m looking forward to welcoming Dennis back to Vale Park and working with him once again”
This is subject to clearance by English FA, Italian FA, EFL and Serie A.
